Jason Beghe Interview

Jason Beghe is the first celebrity to leave Scientology and publicly discuss his involvement and then disillusionment with the group. He made it to OT V on Scientology’s “Bridge to Total Freedom” and discovered the best way to get free was to get up and walk out the door.
It was a great pleasure to meet Jason and his family. Jason has a long list of acting credits in film and TV and has done extensive voice-over work through the years. His talents were also used in countless Scientology PR and training videos, including a recruitment video for Scientology’s Sea Org.
I think you’ll greatly enjoy this interview. That is, unless your name is David Miscavige.
You seem to have put part 2 where part 4 should be. Just wanted to point that out.
Thanks!
why nothing new from him, did he Succumb to the CO$ and OSA
my favorite all time. i’ve watched and rewatched it – still so moving, candid, and powerful. Scientology thought they had found the perfect advocate – someone willing to truly dedicate himself and try to believe. But Jason also proved himself someone who above all was going to stand up for himself and speak his mind. And when he saw that Scientology was, as he said, ultimately empty, he became their worst enemy – someone who wasn’t going to sit down and take it anymore.
It’s a brilliant interview. Watched it for a second time. Beghe is probably quite a different type of person than most of the other celebrities in Scn, which may explain why they are still in and he is not. If they told him that they would expose the stuff in his folder, I can just imagine what he would say to that.
Btw., he should do a CD of just him cursing. It’s a fucking new form of art.
I have heard that when people want to get out of Scientology, they will be threatened, harrassed, smeared, etc.; what I want to know is did Scientology make any threats against Jason? How did he (and Tory actually) get out so seemingly easily? From what I have researched, the Travoltas can’t get out because Scietologist’s will smear his name and reputation.
Jason, I’ve watched it twice and just want to say Thank you!!! I studied Scientology for about three years (as a commoner) and had my kids in Delphi. When I pulled my kids in 09 it got so f ‘d up (though I was not surprised). Nonetheless, the behavior of the staff at the Church and school was disturbing to say the very least. Your U Tube video helped me Soooo much. Thank you!!!!
Thanks Jason. Your video helped me so much. I pulled my children from Delphi in the Spring of 2009 and discontinued my studies at the Church at the same time. The time and money I spent was not as significant – as yours; still, every bit as destructive and harmful. Somehow, someday, I will figure out what I need to do about my experience. I appreciate your video and have watched it more than once. It really helped me! Peace.
