Alexandria Hammer talks about what she went through when she was sent to Scientology’s Mace Kingsley Ranch for “troubled” kids back in the 90’s.
Thank you for sharing your story, Alexandria.
Alexandria had it better than the student who was beat at Mace Kingsley by Scientologist Wally Hanks.
This Church of Scientology approved punishment (child abuse) was recorded during September 1988 at the Mace/Kingsley ranch school on W. Ave R8 in Palmdale, California by another inmate. The voices belong to Wally Hanks, Mike Miller, and of course, Marco, the child being physically assaulted. The last known record of Marco was in Clearwater, Florida (where the Church of Scientology has it headquarters). Marco may have joined the Sea Org or returned to his native Mexico.
I used to live down the street from this (joke)of a scientology private school in Gavilan Hills, (Perris, CA mailing address). The place was atrocious. You can google “doublevee” and read about her experience there. There are details on ex-scientologist`s message board (ESMB) and ex-scientology kids from kids that were thrown in this so-called “school”.
When I lived in that area, I had NO idea it was a place for scientologists to throw their kids in to get them out of their hair. It`s a rural area that is hard to run away from. I wondered why it was SO creepy, and know I know. The stories I could tell about this place…

“Licensed by Applied Scholastics to use the breakthroughs in learning developed by American educator, L. Ron Hubbard; breakthroughs that help students reach their full potential and achieve their educational goals. Our high school students graduate knowing that they have effective tools to change conditions in life for the better.”
The above was copy-pasted from the California Ranch School web site. LRH is an American educator? Oh, gawd! If authorities were ever to surprise raid this place, the list of violations would be unreal! I wonder if even ONE kid was able to receive enough of an education to be able to get in community college….
It says the 2nd video has been removed from metacafe. I think I saw this on YouTube though.
This is reaching critical mass very quickly. 2010 may be the year everyone blows.
Thanks. Updated link.
Mark, isn’t the identification of someone as “troubled” and designing a school for them, uh, kind of the practice of psychiatry? Oh, Co$ opposes psychiatry, that’s right…
this video has a small bit that describes a part scientology drug rehab …there is alot more to this …cannot discuss publicly…contact it is some serious whacked out stuff and costs 70 grand
Calling it the “Mace Kingsley School for Enturbulated or Downstat Youth” would have been a dead giveaway. The name is just like “Narconon”; it’s a euphamistic descriptor that is just bland enough people think it’s another 12 step group, and not a detox center run by prosletyzing Hubbardites.
Alexandria… thanks for sharing your story…
very very difficult for me to watch…
what is your relationship with your parents now..?
are they still in scientology?
all out love
nate and mona
ps you deserve every happiness in the world…
I was at the Mace Kingsley Ranch in 1988. After 14 years at Scientology schools, “The Ranch” seemed somewhat normal. Just another environment that required constant vigilance and fear to survive. The only difference was this place had guns, LOTS OF BEER, regular violence, neglect, and other various CRIMINAL ACTS. Every kid at the ranch seemed to get the things they were there to handle. There is no way in hell Debbi Mace, who ran the whole show, was not aware of the problems. I figured at $30,000 for 6 months and 30 kids, the ranch would have made these people MILLIONS. I think that pretty much explains why the ranch was not shut down until 2002. That’s after 14 years of terrorizing uncooperative kids into submission with hard physical labor, Scientology mind control and beatings. I hope every parent that sent a child to the ranch will hear the beating, and then ask their “church” leaders why it went on for so long. These are supposed to be “the most ethical people on the planet”.
