Scientology Makes New Laws

Last weekend, an Anonymous went to shoot some video of the Winter Wonderland preparations on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles.  When she saw stress test tables being set up, she started to tape.  A Scientology PI tried to bully her into stopping by saying it was illegal to put videotape of people in public on YouTube.  Must be quite a shock to the millions of people uploading such videos every day.

Can anyone lip read? It would be interesting as to what he’s talking about on the phone.

  3. R. Hill says:

The Scientologists eventually found out there is no law against filming them in the process of defrauding people (by attempting to recruit under the guise of a “stress test” — I wonder if the e-meter FDA-required warning is shown to targets?)

I hope he is declared suppressive. I hope they are all declared suppressive until there is nobody left.

Any time that the cult of greed writes a story OR NEWS AD OR TV VIDEO –it is on policy.

But since policy is many times evil, then who do you believe?

Well believe your eyes and ears.

The Ex-scientologists who are leaving the cult are bringing out to the world, policy letters that shows how evil and insane the cult really is.

They are posted on anti-cult websites.

There are more ex-scientologists in the world now, than active actual present time members.

So, it is we that have the numbers to prove our claims.

SCIENTOLOGY KILLS, HARMS AND ATTACKS EVEN ITS OWN MEMBERS!!!
IT DESTOYS THE LOVE, JOY AND HAPPINESS OF FAMILIES.
THE LIST OF CRIMES, ABUSES, SCAMS AND FRAUDS ARE ENDLESS.

[If and When you make apologies for criminals or sociopaths, or corrupt governments and dirty Politicians or protect them or fail to expose the real criminals or real source or real cause of the problem, I will tell you off. I will not care who you are. To me you are fair game.]

YOu were treading a legal line.

As a photographer, I’ve been kicked off shoots at famous locations, or from shooting known buildings – in fact a videographer friend of mine and I were at a building near Universal Studios – the shot took in a building they owned and security required us to leave.

Usually I will be asked to sign a release if i wish to use the footage that will generate any profit – even (as I’ve been told) having footage on a site with advertising. In some cases a release is free – in other cases they ask me to pay. I was told to pay $300 just to shoot on the grounds of a famous cemetary in Glendale… just photography (not videography.)

While you may be fine in this footage, others may mistakenly think they can walk up to a place like celebrity center in hollywood and start shooting video/pic’s of it. if you look like a professional photographer, they have a right to require you to leave… if the material is found online, they have a right to sue you if you made any income off it without licensing anything they own and can be discernable… even if it is a structure. The exception is if you are using this as a documentary or news worthy item. But then, those shouldn’t draw income.
