David Miscavige Sued for Human Trafficking

This is to announce that as of today, November 25, 2009, David Miscavige has been sued and a summons has been issued notifying him of the complaint.
Also sued are defendants Church of Scientology International, Religious Technology Center and does 1-20.

The suit has been brought on behalf of John Lindstein by attorneys Barry Van Sickle and Graham Berry for, amongst other things, human trafficking.
Read how John started working for organized scientology at 8 years old and was working 15 hour days at manual labor by the age of 10. At the age of 12 John was taken from school and hired by Golden Era Productions.
This complaint does not go into the detail that some of the other complaints have gone into but it does list various labor and other abuses carried out on John by the scientology enterprise.
The complaint covers that David Miscavige controls the entire scientology enterprise and is the chief perpetrator of the torts and violations of law including the crime of human trafficking.
The complaint points out how the entire scientology enterprise is essentially a sham designed to hide and obscure the absolute and unchecked control by David Miscavige who is personally responsible for the violations of law listed.

Oh how young are the children taken and abused by this insidious cult!
I pray that the FBI and other appropriate governmental bodies take notice, defend our children and do something about organized scientology and their sickening practices of human trafficking and other forms of abuse.
I leave you with these few words from a summons issued today, November 25, 2009: “David Miscavige…you are being sued by …John Lindstein”. The body of the summons starts with this message to David Miscavige: “NOTICE! You have been sued”.

In its hubris, Scientology forgot that it is ultimately subject to wog laws. It’s going to cost them a pretty penny to get out of this one. And there’s still the criminal courts that should take up these very serious charges.

I was thinking about sending a letter to my state representative asking for an investigation of scientology, is there anywhere I can obtain a letter to send? I really don’t know what exactly I should write but I want the main points spelled out. if anyone could lead me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

I believe there is a special place in hell for all those who use ‘religion’ to get people to do things they wouldn’t normally do. This includes paying for bogus treatments/equipment, child labour, etc.
Admit your faults and do your best to improve.
David Miscavage is the most despicable, reprehensible, filthy, unethical, scum-sucking, treasonous, vile, horrid, moronic, diabolic, sadistic, cruel, inhuman slime imaginable. He is a wannabe Hitler. This dirty Scilon dirtbag should be thrown into the most hellish gulag the authorities can find. If I had my way, D.M. would be flogged, tortured, and then imprisoned for life. When he stands before God he will be tossed in the pit of Hell from which he’ll suffer forever and ever. He deserves to have demons rip his soul into pieces for all eternity. Someone needs to “teach” D.M. a “lesson.” I’d bring back the stocks just for him. Send him to Tent City, Apryo’s hellhole.
If one person can get a settlement out of the Co$ like this, why couldn’t all of them?
Hopefully this won’t drag out for too long before justice is finally served.

A mortal fool is all this “man” is. Scientology has failed once more and it will not be long before the entire cult is dismantled. I make no estimations of how long it will take, but with this case going on it will quickly speed up the destruction of Scientology.
I just read the Lindstein complaint in full, and what a delight it is.
With this lawsuit, and the St Petersburg Times’ ongoing work, and especially the Anderson Cooper 360 series (which is airing as I write), bigger cracks are starting to open in the foundations. I hope the court is able to keep on a timeline and that it does not allow Co$ to unreasonably delay the trial. (If it were to air on TruTV’s InSession, I might even have to take vacation to watch.)
It makes me sad to say it (as I try to retain a little humanity in my righteous anger), but I cannot imagine that the end of Mr. Miscavige’s life will be a peaceful passage due to old age or disease. What seems far more likely, given the incredibly bad karma DM has accumulated in his lifetime, is that one day some poor tormented Scilon, fresh from getting another beating at David’s hands, is going to go f*cking apeshit on him and murder him on the spot.
However, I hope that does not come to pass, as I think a lifetime prison sentence (with guards who are all ex-Sea Org) is the correct punishment for him. And may the ‘church’ of Scientology be permanently destroyed, and all those who are still in love with jargon and acronyms may go peacefully to the Freezone, and to all a good night.
